Strictly speaking this is not a paella. Paella wouldnt have onions in it and definitely not chorizo. But still i am sure its a very nice rice dish. Agree with the others that its best not to stir the rice as the crust but it leaves is the nicest bit.

I've stayed in Sidari loads, but not tried Lagoon, or Elena Stef which I believe is place in distance you can see from the balcony , may well do lol. Looks like most places there, basic, but clean and tidy, thats all you really need! And Location is good too.

Is this the one at the start of the promenade? Tried it 20 years ago was lovely haven’t been back to the restaurant since we always tend to eat around the canal d amour area or over the other side of sidari can’t wait for August

Did you not try salt and pepper probably our favourite restaurant I find the sea front restaurants lacking a bit of quality imo beautiful setting however

Love that restaurant the beef stifado is delicious and the complementary garlic mashed potatoes they give me was 👌 love sidari it’s my second home

We just came back last Saturday (8th June) Stopped in the Christakis Appartments. We walked past the Calyso on our last night and commented that it looked decent. We ate at The Orchard on our last night, well worth the 15 minute walk. Also can highly recomend Tu Steki (opposite 3 little pigs) I would also suggest you avoid Mamas, the food was inedible and having read reviews on Trip Advisor I now know why. Booked again for next year (31st May) but for 11 nights this time. Loved it and managed to avoid being attacked by the Mozzies until the very last night. Hive Bar on the strip is fantastic for cocktails, not cheap but you gets what you pays for as the saying goes.

It’s great to be celebrating the year by being on the beach…perfect way to finalise seeing off the beast. Love to you both x
